The mini Berg is a downsized Berg, 10,5 CM across, featuring the same characteristic groovy top as the original disc
It has the Berg logo stylishly engraved and frosted on the flight plate. According to mini throwers they fly pretty good too. At Kastaplast we even take our mini markers seriously.
Kastaplast is an independent disc manufacturer based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Our brand is dedicated to the disc golf culture, the people, the lifestyle and all the fun times all around the disc golf world. We look at disc golf as a grassroot movement with its own unique identity; characterized by spontaneity, individuality and freedom.
Starting off in 2011 as a small prototyping workshop, driven by the fun factor of experimenting, the business soon grew out of the basement as Jonas Lindberg was joined by Anders Källström and Per Jonson. Still, the “workshop style” of developing discs has stayed, with a mix of computer flight simulation, research and extensive prototyping.
Kastaplast is determined to keep the ecological footprint as low as possible. One step in this direction is the use of solar energy that today empowers a major part of our production. Recycling is another. Moving in the direction of sustainability is important to us and it is an ongoing process.
