The Innova Star Metal Warrior Mid Disc3 is an overstable midrange made with premium plastic. The Innova Metal Warrior was originally part of the old Discmania Originals before they left Innova.
The Innova Metal Warrior is basically a slightly more overstable version of Discmania's C-Line MD3. The added stability helps this disc fight the wind better, but it isn't too overstable for a beginner to use either. It is the perfect combination of stable/overstable and becomes flippier as it beats in.
The Mid Disc3 is extremely versatile. It can be used as a driver for shots under 275' or as an approach disc for long-range upshots. I personally use it for turnover forehand shots or RHBH lines that require a moderate amount of fade. It is exceptionally comfortable for sidearms and fits in my hand like a glove.
